How it will be shipped

• We ship Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Normal shipping is USPS or UPS ground.
• If you require faster shipping please email or call us and we will provide you with a cost estimate.
• Cost is dependent on weight and insurance required.
• Shipping costs are NOT refunded for items that are returned.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for return of merchandise.

Return policies

• All items carry a limited lifetime warranty.
• Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item(s). -Items(s) that are returned for exchange or credit must be in their original packaging and in original mint condition.
• Defective items may be returned for an exchange of the item, but we recommend you call first to get an RMA# and ensure the replacement item is in stock.
• All costs for shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer
